Via Garfield minus Garfield

I've seen this linked to at a number of blogs and sites now but, still, it is certainly worth passing on: very funny -- Garfield minus Garfield:

Who would have guessed that when you remove Garfield from the Garfield comic strips, the result is an even better comic about schizophrenia, bipolor disorder, and the empty desperation of modern life? Friends, meet Jon Arbuckle. Let’s laugh and learn with him on a journey deep into the tortured mind of an isolated young everyman as he fights a losing battle against lonliness and methamphetamine addiction in a quiet American suburb.

  1. so someone took Garfield Minus Garfield to a bizarre, obsessive level. They digitally removed him from the ENTIRE Christmas Special. haha. The ending is so great, and creepy.

This some funny stuff. I've loved garfield for as long as I remember and this gives it that dry unique adult perspective you never realized before. I loved the youtube video as well.

  3. This "" isn't the original site. The goon who has ripped off the idea and smothered it with adverts is posting replies to blog posts all over the place trying to drum up business.

Someone digitally took out garfield from the entire Thanksgiving Special. It's called An Arbuckle Thanksgiving, and it's absolutely ridiculous. Who would take the time to do this??? The endings are pretty cool though.

The same guy did it to the Christmas Special too. weeeirddd and creeeepppyyy
